It’s the ability to understand clients’ needs and wishes. Donna and the staff at Wavelengths are a group of professional, creative and committed designers who know how important it is to listen. Donna has been involved with the ongoing development of downtown Lancaster. As a dedicated business owner and resident, she has embraced the exciting and rewarding growth of Lancaster city. Cancellations/Missed Appointments If you must change or cancel a scheduled appointment, please call Wavelengths at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a service charge (50% of the scheduled service). After hours, please leave a message on the answering machine. Courtesy Calls Wavelengths will make every effort to remind you of upcoming appointments. If one of our stylists is running more than 15 minutes behind schedule, every effort is made to reach you. Rate Structure Extra care and attention may be required to properly handle long and/or thick hair. This means it takes more time to style. Please refer to our price list if you fall into this category. Training Throughout the year Wavelengths designers attend hands-on, comprehensive workshops, informative seminars and inspiring trade shows. It’s all part of our dedication to continuing education that keeps us in tune with the latest developments and industry trends. Children Wavelengths is not equipped to safely accommodate or provide sitting services for your little ones. Smoking Wavelengths is a smoke-free environment.
